What to Bring

Notary Fees
Texas notary fees are charged in accordance with the maximum fees authorized by Texas law.
Traditional Notarization
- Acknowledgment or proof: up to $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature
- Oath or affirmation with certificate and seal: up to $10
- Other notarial acts: fees vary according to the type of notarial act
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- Online notarization: up to $25 in addition to the applicable traditional notary fee
- Additional platform or technology charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before the notarization
The total fee will be confirmed before services are performed.
